PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM

1. Important Instructions for Login ID & PASSWORD: 
   1. The candidate is advised not to disclose or share their Login ID & Password with anybody. MIT-WPU will not be responsible for the violation or misuse of the password of any candidate
   2. The candidate can change his/her passwords after their first login if desired
   3. The candidate should remember to log out at the end of their session so that the particulars of the candidate cannot be tampered with or modified by unauthorized persons
2. The Application Fee can be paid via Debit Card/ Credit Card/ UPI/ Net Banking/ Paytm: 
   1. The candidate needs to select a Debit Card/ Credit Card/ UPI/ Net Banking/ Paytm option to pay an application fee and follow the online instruction to complete the payment. In case, the confirmation page is not generated after the payment then the candidate must approach the concerned bank for a refund of the amount. However, the candidate must make another payment/ transaction to complete the online application process if the Confirmation Page is not generated
   2. Application fees once paid is non-refundable
3. Please keep ready a scanned copy of your recent passport size colour photograph and signature to upload in the application form.
4. Eligibility for the program:
   1. Graduate or appearing for a final year in Health Science / Allied health science from any recognized University approved by UGC / AIU or its equivalent with at least 50% of Marks (at least 45% for reserved category, only for Maharashtra state domicile candidates)
   2. The candidate must qualify for a Personal Interview conducted by MIT-WPU.
   3. The eligibility of a candidate is provisional as per information provided by the candidate in his/her application form and is subject to verification of minimum eligibility conditions for admission to the program
   4. Provisional eligibility to appear in the selection process is no guarantee for admission to the program
5. Selection Process:
   1. The selection process for the programs is based on MIT-WPU Personal Interview (PI) score. The schedule of PI will be communicated to the candidate once scheduled
   2. Applicants who appear in the selection process without the pass status and mark sheet of a qualifying exam will be given Provisional Admission. Provisional Admission is not the final confirmation of the Admission for a given program. After verification of all essential documents in Original only, the provisional admission will be confirmed as a Final Admission
   3. The admission procedure will be communicated to the Candidate well in advance of the scheduled Admission Process
